I offer bespoke 1:1 and group support and assistance to individuals who are experiencing the peri-menopause, menopause or post-menopause transition and seeking guidance on how to manage their careers through this transition.

My aim is to provide a safe, confidential and independent space where women can discuss their challenges, concerns and fears with someone who can empathise with their situation, and work with them to find solutions.

If you think you might need

  • some time and space to think through what you want your "second spring" to look like

  • support dealing with physical symptoms such as hot flushes and night sweats, or cognitive challenges such as memory loss or brain fog

  • coaching support around how to manage the psychological symptoms such as anxiety, loss of confidence or overwhelm,

then I am here to help you find ways to cope with these symptoms and continue to excel in your professional life.

Moreover, I can also help you navigate the conversation with your manager / stakeholders and provide you with the necessary tools to advocate for yourself and your health needs.

Together, we can make the menopause transition a smoother and more manageable experience.

I also provide support for those managing others going through the menopause transition.
